AutomationDock Cloud - Overview

After a successful login, you will have access to the main sections of AutomationDock Cloud:

Log

In this section, you'll see a list of your process runs and their details:

LicenceID: which licence the process ran under

Version: AutomationDock build version

Process Name: the name of the process taken from column A in AutomationDock

Backup Name: if you saved your process for backup, your saved backup name will appear here

Start Date: the date and time the process run started

End Date: the date and time the process ended

Total Steps: the number of all steps of the process

Executed Steps: the number of steps executed during the run
Last Step: the row number and action name of the last step
Paused: whether the run was paused
Failed: whether the run has failed
Test Mode: whether the run was executed under Test Mode
Scheduled: whether the run was executed via Virtual Assistant + Scheduler; if not, it was executed manually

Process Error: the detail of the error in the process (if process failed)

System Error: the detail of the system error in the process (if occured) 



Backups

In this section, you'll see a list of your process backups and their details:


Process Name: The name of the process in backup

Backup Name: The name of the process as it was saved to backup

Changelog: Backup notes provided upon saving a process for backup

Owner ID: LicendeID of the user who created the backup
Owner Name: 
Domain username of the user who created the backup 
Public: 
whether the backup was saved as public to other users in the domain

Backup Date: date of creation of the backup


Team

In this section you can manage accesses to shared variables, backups and AI configurations to other users in the domain.

You'll also see the accesses given to you, including the date of creation and approval of the connection.


The actions you can perform are:


 Approve team connection  


 Reject team connection 


Delete team connection


Save access request (once you enter a LicenceID of the user who receives access)


AI Configurations

In this section you can create and manage connections to AI LLMs, which can be used in AutomationDock AI Agent actions.

To create a new connection, click the Plus icon and fill the form:  

Configuration name: choose a name for your new connection

Provider: OpenAi / Anthropic / AzureOpenAi / Cohere / Google / Groq / DeepSeek / Mistral / XAi / Perplexity / Voyage / DeepInfra / OpenRouter / MoonshotAi / Zai / Blablador / Alibaba / Requesty / Upstage / MiniMax

Model: write the exact LLM model from the provider

Endpoint: define the endpoint link of your connection
System behaviour prompt: you can write the instructions for your AI agent here or leave blank - the prompt can be defined from inside the AutomationDock action

Output Type: define the output you expect to receive back from LLM - Integer / JSON / String

Public: whether the AI connection should be accessible to other domain users - Yes / No


Settings

In this section you can change your AutomationDock Cloud password.
The new password must be minimum of 8 characters and must contain a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and special characters.
